STEPFAMILY ASSOCIATION

I have been with my husband for 8 years. He has 3 kids that are now my step children and I don't like being a step mother!!

I'm glad I found this site and see there are so many people who feel the same way.

No one seems to like being in this situation, I think most of the people thought that it would be different and it isn't - it sucks!!!!

I don't have any children of my own, because I chose not to, and I have never wanted any kids.

I was married once before and we enjoyed doing other things, kids didn't fit into our life, not to mention how expensive one would be.

Anyway, my first marriage didn't work out because my husband didn't want any responsibilities, including a wife or a job, so I filed for divorce.
