This course is for step parents, or people who are about to become step parents. It is about creating a better understanding of the complexities of step family situations and helpful ways to deal with them.
Living in a step family poses all kinds of dilemmas. There are challenges for both the parents and the children in adjusting to the new family. Discover ways of responding to feelings of jealousy, resentment, and mixed loyalties. This course will explore ideas about step families, and strategies to promote harmony and happiness.
